To use SmokyStocks, you must create an account by providing a valid phone number, setting up a PIN code, and adding your name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and ensuring that all the information provided is accurate.

You must not share your account with others or allow others to access your account. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

3. Stock Information and Watchlist

SmokyStocks provides access to stock details, including top gainers, top losers, and the ability to search stocks from NSE and BSE. You can add stocks to your watchlist to track their performance. However, stock market data and financial information provided in the app are for informational purposes only. SmokyStocks does not provide financial or investment advice, and we are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on the information provided in the app.

4. Expert Content and User Interaction.

SmokyStocks allows users to become experts, where they can create and share tips and videos about stocks. Users can follow experts, comment on their content, and like or share videos and tips. All users must adhere to the following guidelines when interacting with the app:

• Respectful Communication: Users must communicate respectfully with others. Harassment, abusive language, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
• Content Ownership: If you create content (such as tips or videos), you retain ownership of the content, but you grant SmokyStocks the right to display, share, and distribute your content within the app.
• Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you create and share. SmokyStocks is not responsible for any misinformation, inaccuracies, or consequences of the content shared by users.

5. User-Generated Content

By posting or sharing content on SmokyStocks, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to share the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
• The content is not misleading, harmful, illegal, or offensive.
• The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to remove or modify any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

6. News Section

SmokyStocks includes a news section that provides the latest stock-related news. The news articles come from third-party sources, and SmokyStocks is not responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, or content of the news provided. Any reliance on the news articles is at your own risk.

7. Prohibited Activities

While using SmokyStocks, you agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Hacking or Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the app, user accounts, or any connected networks or systems.
